It’s Going to be a Busy Year!

Heads Up!…I’ve moved this blog to my new website:  You can find this post and comments through mid-November here.  If you are subscribing, commenting, linking or sharing, please do so from the new website.

I had a bit of a hiatus while working on my entry for the Canis Film Festival (can’t post my entry until the end of January, but it’s about…you guessed it — Dogs and Kids!).  I also got stuck wanting each post to be more like an in-depth article which means, of course, that you can’t just write about something interesting until you have pictures or video and time to make sure it comes out just right…

So, I’m taking the WordPress Post a Week challenge as one of my New Year’s resolutions.  I’ll eventually move this blog to my domain (it just points here now so you’re not missing anything) and/or organize the articles better so they’re not lost in the shuffle.

  1. I just watched the Canis Film Festival entries, and you got my vote. I do wish the sound had been better, but otherwise, I thought it was great. I’d already seen the object discrimination video at ClickerExpo and really liked it, but your topic is so important and well-presented, it won me over. Besides, I recognized not only Balboa Park, but Kris Smelser, too!

    • Thank you, Nancy! I liked the object discrimination video, too, and I already “used” the Premack/Fence Fighting one by Sarah Owings to help a client. I think it’s a great contest for stimulating ideas, but, boy, that video was a lot of work!! Kris and David were so accommodating and their puppy, Kai, did great, too!

  2. Happy New Year, hope you enjoyed the holidays and it’s so nice to have you back >g<
